We are inviting quotations from experienced and qualified vendors for the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of fabricated tin sheds, to be constructed at multiple locations across India.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Design, fabrication, and installation of two types of structural sheds:
\n \u25cb 60 ft x 30 ft
\n \u25cb 50 ft x 20 ft
\n\u25cf A total of 7 units will be procured and installed across project sites in West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Maharashtra.
\n\u25cf Materials to be used: TATA or equivalent quality steel and roofing, with or without high-grade PUF panels for insulation and cladding on the top.
\n\u25cf Engineering design must include:
\n \u25cb Structural layout and detailed CAD drawings or equivalent.
\n \u25cb Wind load analysis and compliance with local building codes.
\n \u25cb Load-bearing calculations for roofing and walls.
\n \u25cb Bill of quantities (BoQ) and materials specification.
\n \u25cb On-site delivery, installation, and civil anchoring support.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Technical Proposal
\n \u25cf Engineering drawings for both shed sizes.
\n \u25cf Wind and structural load calculations suitable for the mentioned regions.
\n \u25cf Material specifications including steel grade and PUF insulation details.
\n \u25cf Estimated installation timeline per site.
\n\u25cf Commercial Proposal
\n \u25cf Item-wise cost breakdown (material, fabrication, transport, installation, taxes).
\n \u25cf Pricing per unit and for the total of 7 units.
\n \u25cf Payment terms and warranty details.
\n\u25cf Company Credentials
\n \u25cf Company profile with years of experience.
\n \u25cf GST and relevant registrations.
\n \u25cf List of similar completed projects (with references).
\n \u25cf Client testimonials or appreciation letters.<\/p>\n
