Anchita Mishra serves as the HR Manager, handling end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, learning & development, and employee lifecycle management. She plays an important role in strengthening workplace culture and supporting organizational growth through effective people management and collaboration.

She completed her MBA in 2021 and has built strong experience in human resources through her roles as an HRBP at TCS and later as an HR Manager at Klarecon. She is recognized for successfully stepping into leadership responsibilities early in her career and for creating positive employee engagement and stakeholder relationships. Her professional approach combines structure, empathy, and a strong understanding of organizational needs. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, which reflects her expressive personality.
