Before joining, he gained 1 year and 11 months of professional experience with Kabi Guru Farmers Producer Company Limited, where he actively worked with farming communities and contributed to research and development projects. His exposure to grassroots-level challenges and opportunities has shaped his practical approach to agricultural research, ensuring that his work remains closely aligned with farmer needs.
