Arpan Ghosh works as an Admin cum MIS Coordinator, where he manages and organizes data across three districts—Kalimpong, Jalpaiguri, and Darjeeling—while also handling administrative responsibilities. Holding an M.A. in Rural Management, he brings both technical and organizational expertise to ensure smooth program operations.

He has successfully created databases for program-related activities, strengthening data accessibility and reporting. Previously, he served as a Block Coordinator, where he gained valuable experience in field-level program implementation and coordination.

Passionate about continuous learning, Arpan enjoys music, conducting research, and exploring new technologies, which further enrich his professional and personal growth.
