Chandan Chatterjee, a Masters in Rural Studies (Visva-Bharati University, 2023), works as Assistant Manager – Agriculture, where he oversees thematic monitoring in Jharkhand. His role focuses on guiding farming communities toward sustainable practices and strengthening rural livelihoods through effective program support and monitoring.

Previously, he served as Agriculture Anchor (Field Coordinator) with the Collective for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI), TATA Trusts, where he worked closely with farmers at the grassroots level. Passionate about community development, he blends field experience with research-driven insights to create meaningful impact.

Beyond work, he finds joy in traveling, exploring new cultures, volunteering, and capturing moments through photography.
