Debashrita Das serves as the Assistant Manager for Monitoring and Certification, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and compliance of various projects. Her expertise spans monitoring and evaluation, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, certification and compliance management, as well as training and capacity building. With a strong foundation in ICS management, she brings both precision and commitment to driving impact across projects.

A graduate in Agriculture (B.Sc., 2021), Debashrita has gained hands-on experience working with NABARD-funded initiatives, including the Tribal Development Fund (TDF), Watershed Development Fund (WDF), and Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) projects. This exposure has enriched her understanding of sustainable practices and community-based interventions, enabling her to effectively contribute to development goals.

Beyond her professional life, Debashrita has a passion for travelling, which reflects her curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new cultures and experiences.
