Dipanjan Das serves as an Agriculture Coordinator in the CRA Thematic Team, where he works to promote sustainable farming practices across communities. A graduate in Agricultural Sciences (2022), he plays a key role in developing training modules, awareness materials, and monitoring systems for seed multiplication and trial plots. He also conducts soil testing using advanced kits, analyzes results, and provides tailored recommendations through soil health cards to help farmers adopt better soil management techniques.

Along with this, he supports the establishment of Bio Resource Centers (BRCs) and regularly conducts community-level trainings to strengthen local knowledge on sustainable agriculture. His efforts contribute to building resilient farming systems that ensure long-term productivity and environmental balance.

Outside of work, Dipanjan enjoys sports, traveling, exploring cuisines, and listening to music, which keep him energized and inspired.
