Dipayan Nandi is a Project Coordinator leading MEL systems across Jharkhand, ensuring data-driven planning, implementation, performance tracking of Climate Resilient Agriculture (CRA) initiatives. He works closely with government departments, communities, and stakeholders to strengthen program execution, farmer capacity building, and institutional development. His efforts focus on enhancing livelihoods and promoting sustainable agriculture through climate-resilient practices and effective knowledge integration from the grassroots.

He holds a Master’s in Rural Studies (2025) and has demonstrated strong academic excellence, securing top grades in both graduation and post-graduation, along with a diploma in computer applications. His experience includes internships with the Integrated River Basin Management Society (IRBMS), where he contributed to rural development, natural resource management, GIS-based analysis, and research documentation. Beyond work, he enjoys reading, traveling, music, exploring cultures, and spending time in nature, reflecting his curiosity and passion for learning.
