Ganesh Ganpat Kale works as a Project Coordinator (CBBO) under the Government of India’s 10,000 FPO Programme, where he plays a key role in strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations through shareholder mobilization, capacity building, and institutional development. His responsibilities include organizing BOD and shareholder meetings, CEO and accounting trainings, facilitating exposure visits for multi-model business learning, and supporting FPCs in building business infrastructure. He also actively engages with stakeholders and government departments to enable scheme linkages for farmer communities.

A B.Sc. in Agriculture graduate, Ganesh brings strong field experience from his earlier roles at Basant Agro Tech (Seed Processing Unit) and Samruddhi Organic Farm Ltd., Pune, where he worked on sustainable farming, cluster development, and farmer training. His work focuses on promoting climate-resilient agriculture, sustainable practices, and strengthening farmer collectives through structured handholding and grassroots engagement.

Outside work, he enjoys cooking, bike riding, and dancing, which reflect his energetic and creative personality.
