Joy Ghoshal works as a Mobilizer, where he engages with communities, institutions, and youth networks to promote skill development opportunities. His role includes conducting outreach campaigns, field visits, candidate counselling, and enrolment support for various training programs. He works closely with field teams to ensure effective mobilization and stronger participation from rural youth.

Currently pursuing an MSW (2024–2026), he brings valuable grassroots experience from his previous roles at Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Bandhan Bank. He has contributed to CSR and livelihood projects across 7+ districts of West Bengal, facilitated access to 15,000+ government welfare schemes, and empowered over 3,500 beneficiaries through skill development and digital literacy initiatives. His work also includes organizing welfare camps, promoting financial literacy, and strengthening rural participation through community engagement.

Beyond work, he enjoys playing chess, writing, bike riding, and connecting with new people, reflecting his curious and people-oriented personality.
