Kanchan Singha serves as a Field Officer with a focus on the Udyamini program, where she actively contributes to field monitoring, data collection, and community engagement. With a strong background in training of trainers (ToT) and soft skills development, she plays a key role in supporting women-led enterprises and grassroots development initiatives.

A graduate in Arts, she has previously worked as a Community Resource Person under MKSP (LKP), gaining hands-on experience in mobilizing communities and strengthening rural livelihoods. Passionate about social development, she continues to dedicate her efforts toward creating sustainable impact at the grassroots level.
