Kinet Lepcha works as a Field Officer, engaging closely with grassroots communities to build strong linkages between farmers and various government as well as non-government schemes. His role involves mobilizing community members, facilitating access to resources, and ensuring that development initiatives reach the people who need them most. With a postgraduate degree (M.A.), he combines academic understanding with hands-on field experience to support inclusive growth and farmer empowerment.

Previously, he contributed his efforts to the Lava Farmers Producer Organization (FPO), where he consistently demonstrated dedication and a strong sense of service. His commitment to community development and ability to connect with people have also earned him recognition as a resource person in Lava. His approach emphasizes trust-building and collaboration, making him an effective bridge between institutions and local communities.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kinet is passionate about playing football. His love for the sport reflects his team spirit, energy, and determination—qualities that also define his work in the field. Through his dedication and people-centric approach, he continues to make a meaningful impact on the communities he serves.
