Kunal Shee works as a Solar Trainer, where he teaches and guides students on solar energy systems, including installation, maintenance, safety practices, and basic troubleshooting of solar panels and related equipment. Through both practical and classroom-based training, he helps learners develop the technical skills needed for careers in the renewable energy sector.

He completed his Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2024) and secured 1st Position in the Technocraft Skill Competition 2022. He brings hands-on industry experience from his work as an Electrical & Solar Engineer at Maithon Power Limited (1050 MW Thermal Plant & 400KV Switchyard) and with TPSDI, a joint venture of Tata Power and DVC in Jharkhand. He has also served as an Electrical Instructor at Government ITI Baurai, strengthening his expertise in technical training and skill development. He enjoys playing football, which reflects his energetic and team-oriented personality.
