Nilufa Parvin is an Assistant Manager with experience in agriculture, sustainable farming, rural livelihoods, and women entrepreneurship. She works closely with producer groups and community-led enterprises to promote better farming practices, strengthen livelihoods, and support community development initiatives. Her work focuses on creating practical and sustainable solutions for farmers and rural communities.

She completed her M.Sc. in Agricultural Chemistry & Soil Science in 2022 and has contributed to several impactful initiatives, including introducing soil health management practices in hilly regions and establishing ridge & furrow farming models in the Sundarbans. She has also supported women entrepreneurs through market linkage and livelihood initiatives. Before joining, she worked as a Project Executive at Rajarhat Prasari and as a Project Coordinator at Baikunthapur Tarun Sangha. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking heartfelt meals, watching mountain sunsets, and growing plants in her garden.
