Nitin Samadhan Hone works as a Project Coordinator, where he plays a key role in strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and supporting farmers through mobilization, training, and awareness programs. He also coordinates with the Climate Resilient Agriculture (CRA) team to promote sustainable farming practices and improve farmer participation.

A B.Sc. Agriculture graduate, he brings over four years of experience in FPO management and farmer training. Known for his dedication and result-oriented approach, he has consistently achieved project targets while building strong connections with farming communities. His ability to coordinate effectively with both farmers and institutions has made him a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Nitin enjoys reading, trekking, and playing kabaddi, which reflect his active and enthusiastic personality.
