Sankar Kumar Mondal is a Senior Project Coordinator with over 20 years of experience in community development, farmer collectives, and sustainable agriculture initiatives. He plays a vital role in supporting Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) through farmer onboarding, climate-resilient agriculture practices, financial strengthening, and scheme linkages. He also contributes to the Walmart project by promoting gender equity, increasing farmer resilience, and building infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability.

A B.Com (Hons) graduate (1994), he has previously worked with organizations such as SPADE, NABARD programs, WBSRLM, ONGC, and TSRD, where he gained extensive expertise in SHG–bank linkage, livelihood facilitation, training, and FPO promotion. His career reflects a strong commitment to empowering rural communities and enhancing farmer livelihoods through capacity building, credit access, and sustainable farming models. Beyond work, Sankar enjoys listening to music, which keeps him relaxed and inspired.
