Subhojit Dawn serves as Assistant Manager, overseeing the implementation and monitoring of FPO and Walmart project activities. A Master in Rural Management from Visva-Bharati University (2023), he supports FPOs in governance, business planning, compliance, market linkages, and value-added agri-business, while mobilizing farmers and conducting capacity-building programs.

He has successfully increased FPO membership, particularly enhancing women’s participation, and improved farmer incomes through strengthened market linkages and sustainable agricultural practices. His efforts have strengthened FPO governance, business operations, and farmer access to essential inputs, creating measurable impact at the community level.

Prior field experience working directly with farmers and coordinating with government officials has enhanced his skills in stakeholder engagement and institutional collaboration. Outside of work, he is passionate about social work, reflecting his commitment to community development and inclusive growth.
