Subrata Mondal leads our Climate Resilient Agriculture program in Jharkhand, where he drives sustainable farming and climate adaptation at scale. An MSW graduate (2018), he oversees program planning, district-level implementation, and impact measurement while building strong partnerships with government departments, KVKs, NGOs, and research bodies. His efforts promote practices like SRI, soil health improvement, organic inputs, and water conservation to enhance farmer resilience.
With over seven years of experience, he has previously managed large-scale projects in water, sanitation, natural resource management, and nutrition across multiple organizations, including IMAGIN Charitable Trust, PRADAN, and Dhagagia Social Welfare Society. He has represented SwitchON in state-level forums, influenced policy dialogue, and mobilized thousands of farmers to adopt climate-smart agriculture.
Beyond his professional commitments, Subrata enjoys traveling to explore new cultures, cooking and experimenting with local cuisines, and unwinding with detective movies and mystery stories.
