Sudeb Mahato works as a Field Officer, where he supports farmers through advisory services, promotion of agriculture schemes, field surveys, and data collection. His role also focuses on building market linkages, conducting trainings, and promoting sustainable farming practices such as organic methods and climate-resilient agriculture. With an H.S. qualification in agriculture, he brings both knowledge and grassroots experience to his work.

He has successfully led community-driven programs that helped farmers adopt organic farming, secure certifications, and improve their income while ensuring soil and water sustainability. Before this role, he served as an LRP at SwitchON Foundation, where he strengthened his skills in agriculture fieldwork and community engagement. Outside of work, he enjoys agriculture field activities and contributing to community development initiatives.
