Suresh Kushwah works as a Field Officer, supporting regular field activities and strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) through close coordination with farmers and community stakeholders. His role focuses on on-ground implementation, farmer engagement, and supporting the operational growth of FPOs. With a B.Sc. in Agriculture (2015), he brings strong technical knowledge and field experience to his work.

He has been recognized for his contribution to achieving KRA targets for 2024–25, and played a key role in helping Pohari FPC receive two equity grants and the 7th management cost installment. Prior to this, he worked for 3.5 years as an FPO accountant and has completed 20 months as a Field Officer with SwitchON Foundation, strengthening both his finance and field coordination expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket and watching movies, which help him unwind and stay energized.
