Executive Assistant

Tania Mukherjee works as an Executive Assistant, where she supports senior management in handling daily operations, meetings, schedules, reports, and communication. She helps ensure smooth coordination between teams and stakeholders while managing tasks, documentation, and deadlines efficiently. Her organized approach and ability to manage multiple responsibilities make her an important support system within the organization.

She completed her M.Sc. in Agriculture and Rural Development (2017–2019) and has over 7 years of experience in operations, MIS reporting, project coordination, and administration. Before joining, she worked with TCS, Seva Kendra Calcutta, and the Society for Indian Children’s Welfare, gaining experience in reporting, project tracking, and stakeholder coordination. She is known for her reliability, ownership, and timely delivery of work. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, dancing, travelling, exploring cultures, creating social media content.
