We are inviting quotations from experienced and qualified vendors for the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of fabricated tin sheds, to be constructed at multiple locations across India.
Scope of Work
● Design, fabrication, and installation of two types of structural sheds:
○ 60 ft x 30 ft
○ 50 ft x 20 ft
● A total of 7 units will be procured and installed across project sites in West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Maharashtra.
● Materials to be used: TATA or equivalent quality steel and roofing, with or without high-grade PUF panels for insulation and cladding on the top.
● Engineering design must include:
○ Structural layout and detailed CAD drawings or equivalent.
○ Wind load analysis and compliance with local building codes.
○ Load-bearing calculations for roofing and walls.
○ Bill of quantities (BoQ) and materials specification.
○ On-site delivery, installation, and civil anchoring support.
Quotation Should Include
● Technical Proposal
● Engineering drawings for both shed sizes.
● Wind and structural load calculations suitable for the mentioned regions.
● Material specifications including steel grade and PUF insulation details.
● Estimated installation timeline per site.
● Commercial Proposal
● Item-wise cost breakdown (material, fabrication, transport, installation, taxes).
● Pricing per unit and for the total of 7 units.
● Payment terms and warranty details.
● Company Credentials
● Company profile with years of experience.
● GST and relevant registrations.
● List of similar completed projects (with references).
● Client testimonials or appreciation letters.
