Theory of Changes
SwitchON works in the social enterprise model where a grassroots level intervention is designed to be sustainable and scalable. SwitchON’s aims to transform farmers into micro-entrepreneurs to address India’s agrarian and employment problems. SwitchON follows an ecosystem approach, where stakeholders are benefitted holistically.
SwitchON helps farmers to earn more income, increase their asset base, and attempts to improve health and living conditions in urban areas by dissemination of information and through its bottom-up campaigns and programmes.
We have been developing sustainable enterprises for the last one decade, and have incubated 3 social enterprises and 500 micro enterprises.
