Atreyi Basu Roy is currently serving as an Instructional Designer & Research Associate, leveraging her expertise in learning and development. In 2018, she completed her Post Graduation in Development from Azim Premji University. Notably, Atreyi showcased her commitment to research by presenting a paper on child labor at the ‘Azim Premji University Annual Research Fair,’ where she earned accolades as the ‘Best Speaker’ and for her ‘Best Research Work.’

Her professional journey encompasses diverse projects where she crafted instructional materials for both online and blended learning settings, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of learners. Collaborating extensively on instructional design initiatives, Atreyi worked closely with subject matter experts to identify objectives, design engaging learning experiences, and implement assessment strategies using models like ADDIE and SAM.

Innovative in her approach, Atreyi integrated multimedia elements such as videos, interactive simulations, and gamification to boost learner engagement and facilitate active learning. Furthermore, she proficiently implemented learning management systems (LMS) to effectively deliver and monitor learner progress.
