Jyoti’s theatrical journey spans over 2000 performances with diverse Bengali theater groups, showcasing her profound commitment to the performing arts.

Prior to her current role, Jyoti dedicated herself to social causes, contributing significantly to NGOs focused on the development of underprivileged children and the vocational training of disenfranchised youth. Her professional trajectory underscores a deep-rooted passion for community development.
