Suparna Saha currently serves as a Project Coordinator, overseeing the coordination of field teams and managing tasks for FPO and Women Entrepreneurship. Her responsibilities encompass diverse facets including data management, reporting, communication with vendors and government bodies, and organizing workshops and training sessions for Rural Women Entrepreneurs on value chain enhancement. She arranges Buyer-Seller Meets, Focus Group Discussions, and meetings, alongside conducting product and marketing mapping exercises. Moreover, Suparna is involved in selecting the Self-Help Group (SHG) Business Model, orchestrating Producer Expos, facilitating demonstrations of Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) Technology, and convening stakeholder meetings at both Gram Panchayat and district levels.

Suparna holds a B.Sc. in Geography (2021) and recently completed her Master’s in Agriculture and Rural Development (2023). Noteworthy is her swift transition from academia to professional life, securing a position in August immediately after completing her studies. Prior to this, she undertook an internship at SwitchON Foundation in February-March of the same year. Beyond work, Suparna finds joy in cooking, gardening, and immersing herself in motivational literature.
