Over time, she worked with two different companies, gaining valuable industry experience and steadily improving her skills. Today, she is placed at Glitz Corporation, where her hard work and training have helped her grow to a salary of ₹25,500 per month.

This transformation has had a deep impact on her life. Sarada is now able to provide strong financial support to her family, ensuring greater stability and a better standard of living. She has achieved financial independence, built confidence through her professional growth, and now serves as an example for other women in her community to pursue careers in the renewable energy sector.
